The US Veterans Administration receives hundreds of questions from veterans returning to college about education benefits. They organized these FAQs on the US Veterans Administration GI Bill site so any American veteran could have quick, easy access to the information they need.
Using the Veterans Administration GI Bill Q&A Website App
Currently, there are over 400 questions answered on the site. Questions range from basic info (Can I transfer benefits to my dependents?) to more detailed concerns (How do I request an extension of my MGIB-AD or Post-9/11 GI Bill ending date?).
At the top of the US Veterans Administration GI Bill site, visitors can type their own question into the search box. You'll then be presented with a list of related questions to choose from.
For example, if you search for "How do I qualify for REAP benefits?" search results would consist of questions like:
When you click on the appropriate question, you'll be directed to a page that thoroughly explains the answer, as well as a list of similar answers that others have found helpful.
Any American veteran can also sign up for an account on the US Veterans Administration site so they can login and submit questions that aren't yet listed in the GI Bill Q&A database.
For many veterans returning to college, the GI Bill can be a godsend. From apprenticeships to on-the-job-training, the VA aims to provide them with the benefits and resources they need to improve and expand their education.

You Have the Power to Help a Disabled American Veteran!
Medical evidence is a critical component in the successful fight for veterans' disability benefits. Unfortunately, many veterans lack the financial resources to obtain an independent medical exam (IME) that can provide this crucial evidence.
At Care for Disabled Veterans we focus on connecting qualified veterans to doctors and health care facilities that provide IME services for disability claims. We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations to help provide the funding necessary to obtain these records and help disabled American veterans qualify for combat-related disability benefits.
